Access
The cabin must be freely accessible for our service team. The distance from the vehicle to the cabin must not exceed 7 metres.
Fixed times
If fixed delivery or collection times are required, they must be agreed in advance. Additional costs may apply.
Collection
After the rental period ends, collection can take up to 10 days.
Extension
Long-term rentals can be extended week by week. The service clean continues weekly during this time.

What does the Hand-Wash Station Duo cost?
Short-term rental for one to five days costs €120.00 net. Delivery and collection are charged according to the location.
How much space is needed to set it up?
The unit measures 1,100 mm in width and 600 mm in depth, at 1,150 mm height. Access matters too: our service vehicle must be able to get within seven metres of the unit.
Does the unit need water or power?
No. It works self-sufficiently with a closed tank system. Power is only needed for add-ons such as light or a fan heater.
Is cleaning included in the rental price?
Long-term rentals include one service clean per week. For short-term rentals a service clean can be arranged on request, as the unit usually only stands for a few days.
How much space does a portable toilet need?
The standard cabin is 1.10 m wide and 1.20 m deep, so it needs a good 1.3 m² of floor space at 2.22 m height. The accessible cabin needs around 2.4 m² at 1.55 × 1.55 m. Access matters too: our service vehicle must be able to get within seven metres of the cabin.
