In the city, access decides. Whether a rear courtyard, a no-stopping zone or park grounds: our vehicle must be able to get within seven metres of the unit, otherwise the service interval cannot be kept. We clarify this before the first delivery.

- Events: street festivals, sports events and parades, where distribution matters more than sheer quantity.
- Public spaces: parks and squares, where accessible units and signage are part of the permit.

Postcode of the site and the rental period. We check whether the address lies within our delivery area.
Order and approval
You order online and pay by invoice or by SEPA direct debit. We check availability and the delivery area and confirm your order.
Delivery and service
We set up, clean at the agreed interval and collect the units when the rental ends.

Does W&W deliver to all of Berlin?
Our depot is in Stahnsdorf, right on the south-western city limits. From there we supply the Berlin city area. Whether your specific address belongs to the delivery area, we check by postcode when you order.
What needs to be considered for a construction site in the city centre?
Two things: our service vehicle must be able to get within seven metres of the unit, and on public roads you usually need a special-use permit from the district office. On private land this does not apply.

A standard toilet cabin costs €29.50 net per week on a long-term rental, or €110.00 net on a short-term rental for one to five days. The accessible cabin is €80.00 per week or €320.00 for a short-term job. Delivery and collection within the delivery area are included, and so is the weekly cleaning on long-term rentals.
How long can a toilet cabin be rented?
Short-term rental covers one to five days and suits parties and events. Long-term rental starts at a minimum of four weeks and can be extended week by week. There is no upper limit; on construction sites, periods of several months are the norm.
